Thomas callaghan blog on the wind of change for personal trainers, how a personal training business amd personal trainers can take inspiration from a man from africa use of the power of wind, optimise your personal training business plan

Right now today we have more knowledge base at our fingertips than at any other time in history. With an increase in knowledge we sometimes get crammed with to much knowledge for our conscious minds to deal with. We say to ourselves do it this way, do it that way, No if you don’t do it this way don’t even bother. Which damn way should I do it!?
Because of this overwhelm; inactivity, procrastination, non-movement is at an all time high. This is why we see people who step-up, make happen, take action as real achievers. They are the ones the minority who have acquired the knowledge and then taken action. Knowledge is potential power because without activity it is deemed useless!
If you’re a personal trainer and have asked such disempowering questions in the last few days such as. Why can’t I find a good personal training referral plan, I don’t understand internet marketing, I can’t make the money I want as a personal trainer, there are no great personal training clients out there. Take a step away right now, sit down and watch this video. Now is the time to ask more empowering questions, and thereby find the answers yourself. We all have the resources we need to succeed and achieve our desired outcome. “Asking is the beginning of receiving; make sure you don’t go to the ocean with a teaspoon. At least take a bucket so the kids won’t laugh at you” (Jim Rohn)
Watch this story it will blow you away. William Kamkwamba from Malawi had an idea, read a book from a library. Got a picture and an idea, figured it out on his own and harnessed the wind of change.
To your success
Hi,
My good friend Dwayne Kerr recently shared a great post on one of his sites about making the impossible possible. If you haven’t heard of Dwayne he is one of UK’s top Internet marketers and young entrepreneur minds, remember his name! ?
This video absolutely blew me away!! I had to share it with you right away!
Whether you’re a personal trainer, a chiropractor, massage therapist, we have all heard the quotes, “whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve” (W Clement Stone) or “whether you believe you can or you cant your right” (Henry Ford). This video is a visual documentary to those quotes; its absolutely amazing it shows what really is possible.
Talking to you as a personal training business owner I meet a lot of personal trainers. Personal trainers that are business owners, Trainers that own or work within personal training studios even personal trainers that are brand new and have recently qualified. Universally I would say 70% of the personal trainers I meet have limiting goals in some area that are preventing them from taking their personal training businesses to the next level. They go about their day to day activities with the handbrake on! This video is a great example to all personal trainers, business owners and fitness trainers of why we must never believe in the Cants or Can not’s up the mountains we climb, check out the video, it truly is a paradigm shifter.

To your success
Tom

Hi everyone,

I woke up this morning with a very strange feeling, I was wondering to myself what it was. I had a fantastic day yesterday with my family and with Natalie and our little boy Henry; in both of my personal training businesses we had a kickass today so I couldn’t think for rhyme or reason why I was feeling so strange. It wasn’t until around 10.30am I discovered some very sad news and I think universally I had picked up on it!!

One of my biggest personal and personal training business inspirations has passed away on 5th December 2009. Jim Rohn. Being such a big Tony Robbins fan you cannot miss the fact that Jim had a huge influence on Tony Robbins.

I bought numerous Books by Jim rohn such as ‘7 strategies for wealth and happiness’ and ‘The Seasons of life’. Both books had a huge impact on me as a personal trainer and within my personal training business. Few years ago I drafted a personal training business plan and a personal trainer website after being inspired by listening to Build your network marketing business by Jim rohn.

Jim had a big impact on my life and has touched the life of millions of fitness trainers and fitness instructors whether the know it or not!! I incorporate many of Jim’s examples into my presentations because they are simple down to earth and damn well work!!

I highly recommend and advise any personal trainer or anyone who comes to our personal training businesses as a client or employee to check Jim rohn out. I guarantee he will impact their lives for the better.

Thank you Jim,

To your success

“We must learn to apply all that we know so that we can attract all that we want” Jim Rohn.

Personal training update of thomascallaghan.com on a personal training seminar. Sharing with personal training businesses how online personal training is on a cusp and personal trainer training is critical at this growth stage in personal training

Hi,

Hope everyone is doing well, I wanted to share with you about a speaking event i attended and presented at recently. I was asked to share with a group of 50 personal training business owners, the current online marketing techniques we need to be aware of as personal trainers.

I was nervous before the event as i hadn’t really engaged in a public speaking event for half a year or so, i had gone into retirement! While before the event i was nervous, i managed my state and did a few IN-CANtations not IN-CANTations..and in fact the seminar went amazing. I covered a couple of topics i seem to be viewed as an authority on: Personal trainer marketing, Personal trainer websites, personal trainer training and Personal trainer courses

I offered a coaching programme for Offline personal training business growth and a mentoring programme for Online personal training business start-up and i Sold out. That being said i was only taking on 4 clients because i have a huge project coming up and i could only afford to work with 4 Personal trainers at present. I really must emphasise the demand for online personal training has doubled in the last year if you are reading this and your a personal training business owner or a personal training studio business or you’ve even just completed a personal training certification. The online personal training niche of business is on the rise we are on the cusp of a big wave in personal training.

Thomascallaghan.com is going well, we are about to launch a huge project in the personal training world, i look forward to seeing you at one of our events very soon.

PS. I will keep you all informed on any personal training seminars i have planned. Pencil October the 6th in as i have big plans for a private personal training seminar with a few famous guests lined up.

To your success

Tom
